Inner City Ministry

II Corinthians 4:3

But if our Gospel be hid, it is hid to them that are lost.

At Lone Mountain we support Brother Alanzo Walton as he goes to the inner city to evangelize.
Brother Alanzo gave us the following report as of May 29th,2008:
INNER CITY MINISTRY REPORT
As an Ambassador for Christ we are committed to reach out to a lost and dying world with the good new's of the Gospel. The harvest truly is plenteous but the labourers are few; Matthew 9:37 The Bible states that the just shall live by Faith. Romans 1:17 We truly look to Jesus for everything. We give out bread ,cakes and food every week
to the homeless on the streets and in hotels and families in their homes, we give out many tracks and God has truly blessed our efforts by allowing us to see many, many souls come to the saving knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. "Praise God" John 1:12 , Romans 10:9, Ephesians 2:8-9.
We have Saturday night services at 7:30 p.m. at the Rescue Mission, we have seen many lives change. Jesus said " if I be lifted up from the earth, I will draw all men unto me. John 12:32.
We have taken people through the month to Social Services and appeared in court with them and gave Godly counsel with the word of God. Prov. 20: 20-21
We have bible studies in our home. We go to other churches and share the gospel with them.
Our mission for this ministry is to win soul's for Jesus Christ.
I am blessed to have a loving and supportive family. They pray continually for me. My church family supports me with a donation montly and with many prayers.
IF God be for us who can be against us?? Romans. 8:31
Whom he called them he also justified.. Romans 8:30
We also go out to Salvation Army and give clothing and witness to the U.S.Vet's we give them T-L-C. WE need your support in reaching out to a Lost and Dying world. Many door's are opren for the Gospel. We ask for support not desiring a gift but I desire fruit that may abound to your account. Phil. 4:17
